Gillford Park were once again lay idle due to the weather, with Seaton Delaval reporting on the morning of the match that the pitch had been affected by the frost and the game must be postponed. But, with three Premier Division matches surviving - all involving the teams directly around Gillford, - the weekend still had the potential to be one of change. However, it wasn't to be as the top two of Heddon and Walker Central each took all the points from home encounters with Newcastle University and Peterlee, while Harraby Catholic Club lost to an injury time goal at Blyth Town. Harraby Catholic remain three points behind Gillford in fourth place but they have now played an extra game over Jimmy McMurdo's side. Walker's victory kept Heddon from moving up the table, but they did extend the margin to third place Gillford to six points. They have played an additional four games. However, even with games in hand taken into account, Walker Central still look to have the strongest title challenge, with the extra match played over Gilly eclipsed by their seven point lead.
